The following information will allow you to upload your files directly to our server.
Make sure to select crop marks and bleed (.125 in) when making PDF. See detail below. When sending your native files, use
the collect for output option. This will collect all your fonts, support files and original document. The document should also
give you warnings if you do not have fonts loaded, are using RGB, or are missing a support graphic. Please use some kind
of compression software on your files so they don't get corrupted during internet transfer. Macintosh users - Stuffit™ (www.stuffit.com/mac-expander) and Windows users either Stuffit™ (www.stuffit.com/win-expander) or WinZip (www.winzip.com/win/en/index). |

You can find numerous FTP Transfer programs like Fetch, Transport, and Firefox (has a plug-in "FireFTP" - www.fireftp.mozdev.org) available on the internet.
UPLOAD VIA FTP SOFTWARE.
These files that you send to our FTP folder will be placed in a common outgoing folder.
If you would desire a private account
folder, please contact us at 503-234-3755 during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (or email). To
send your files through your file transfer software, enter this information when prompted (all lower case):

Username: upload
Password: trade1
Please call 503-234-3755 or send an email to prepress@tradeprinting.com. Have the prepress department give you confirmation
that files were received in good condition and estimate when your proof will be done. |
